The specific terms of any client engagement — including scope, pricing, timelines, intellectual property ownership, and confidentiality obligations — are governed by a separate written service agreement signed between Yoocollab and the client. These Terms of Service govern website use only. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.
