Within the previous years, we’ve successfully built an engineering team and now we look for dynamic and talented Business Development Specialist to be part of our sales team. Your field of workload will be in IT outsourcing and outstaffing with no geographic boundaries.
1. You have a hands-on mentality in order to stay close to what is happening in the offshoring market and customers.
2. You will work closely with both the Marketing and Recruitment departments to coordinate and continuously improve processes.
3. Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accompany the entire sales cycle – from the initial contact to the documentation of the sales process to the successful closing and maintaining the relationships.
• Develop competitive offers and concepts for companies of all sizes and industries.
• Discover new sales potential in the area of IT offshoring.
• Take part in partner and customer events and contribute to the development and expansion of our business relationships.
Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sale IT solutions/Outsourcing and outstaffing.
• Proven experience in closing deals.
• Practical knowledge of IT.
• Be familiar with the use of LinkedIn as a sales and networking tool.
• Convince with your distinctive customer orientation and are closing-oriented.
• Be outgoing and a team player.
• Work in a structured, solution-oriented and responsible manner.
• Have high level of commitment, resilience and mobility round off your profile.
• Have excellent communication skills in English/ both written and oral.
• Have exceptional closing skills.
